As the time passes by, I am coming to the conclusion that technology is a good think for social entrepreneurship; specifically this new generation of so called Web 2.0 technologies which help us connect to each other, and communicate more easily.
I myself use Twitter, as an example, regularly to monitor what is happening in the world of social entrepreneurship, find friends, read news and monitor people opinions. The other day one of my friends was telling me that he found a partner for a social project in Africa using Twitter: They started following each other activities through the website and after some info. exchange, noticed that they are working on the same team!
Nowadays, one of the challenges for people who are looking for new social initiatives is talent searching: I believe Facebook, Twitter and the other similar community driven websites are cheap alternatives to do this.
Here you can also read an article which highlight applications of social media for non-business purposes. I am convinced about the important role social media can play; What do you think?

I went for it and purchased this product two months ago with a little counseling from my good friends Marc Horne and Hollis Carter.
These two innovative marketing consultants, have developed a really useful program package that allows users to create their own social networking sites. The template, similiar to facebook, comes equipped with software, tech support, educational webinars, and additional graphic options.
This program is hot! And you can customize your site to fit and target any niche with ease. The possibilities are endless and I reccommend jumping on the SNEmpire bandwagon for three important reasons:
1. You can bring lots of targeted traffic to your site and, in turn, gain a nice list of leads that are already involved within your niche.
2.The benefits outway the costs, and there is so much proof of how SNEmpire, and many other social networking sites are taking over and killing it in the internet marketing world.
3. Networking, using a tool such as SNEmpire , is so much easier than cold calling. You have billions of people, potentially coming through your online presence, so why not let them find you, and sign up for some solid information within your site. You can then let them be a part of your mission and hopefully score some clients that actually want to be on your team.
It all started back in September, when I moved out to Breckenridge, Colorado. I needed some change and I suppose my two friends (now partners) did too.
During the thirty-something hours, that it took to drive from Atlanta to the Rockies, Hollis, our old friend Trevor, and I all discussed what we wanted to do with our lives. When It came time for Hollis to share his plan, he confidently told us some pretty sweet secrets about how he was going to continue to make a solid income from new-age and cutting edge, internet marketing strategies (IMS).
We had some laughs and good times on that trip out here, but what I left with is now my life, my passion, and my bread.
Great Information and superb product.
Social Networking is serious.
Okay... sorry to ramble and tell long stories.
