Shedding light on little details

Now this is an idea founded in sheer genius. First, start off with a really great product - an inexpensive solar powered flashlight. Then, whenever someone buys one of these flashlights, give one away to developing countries.
This is the founding concept of BoGo (Buy One, Give One) lights. They really are helping a great deal too.
In developing countries, they are excellent in promoting education. Many children work all day, so they only have time to study and read at night. Unfortunately, they currently must rely on kerosene, candles, conventional flashlights, which are all poor sources of illumination. We designed and tested BoGos to ensure they provide more than sufficient illumination to read, study, write, grade papers, etc. They also provide security for women and children (particularly refugees) at night both when they travel and in their homes. - Source: About BoGo
It's amazing how much one teeny little detail can be so very helpful.
