The Canadian Sphagnum Peat Moss Association, Premier Horticulture, Inc. and Sun Gro Horticulture Distribution have filed a complaint [pdf] against Organix, Inc for the company's use of "RePeat" as the name for their renewable substitute for peat moss.
Peat moss is also technically a renewable resource used to help make compost, improve the survival rate of tree seedlings and grow mushrooms. However, it takes careful field maintenance in order to maintain fertility of the grounds, and the fields do take up a great deal of space.

RePeat however is made by recycling anaerobically digested dairy manure from renewable energy biogas plants. The complaint contends that RePeat contains no peat, and therefore is a misleading name.
Well then, by that logic, someone should sue hershey's for selling Payday candy bars because they do not contain paychecks.
