Curam Software, HP team up on social enterprise products

HP and Curam Software, a provider of Social enterprisemanagement, or SEM, products, have teamed up to provide SEM services to public sector agencies worldwide, assisting them to more easily deliver online services to citizens.
The SEM suite comprises hardware, software and web services. The companies say it is designed to improve the quality and efficiency of service delivery by enabling agencies to simplify business processes and integrate new applications into a holistic citizen-centric overview.
