It says "You have to focus on where transmission is actually occurring," which I agree is important. I call your attention to the 450,000 dead American men who were cut at birth but who nonetheless have died of AIDS. Circumcision does not prevent AIDS. The suggestion that it might by these immoral "scientists" like Bailey and Halperin (Google their past work if you think they're impartial) will cost thousands of lives.

Poor countries are really exposed to this Disease. It's not hard to figure it out you know. If they had methods of contraception it would be much better but they barely have what to eat or drink so it's a matter of " when are we going to help them". But no, let's help all the little animals let's make surgeries on them and other things but let's not care for our kind.
