Bill Drayton of Ashoka talks to Google people about social entrepreneurship

Drayton is the founder and current Chair of Ashoka: Innovators for the Public, a nonprofit organization dedicated to finding and fostering social entrepreneurs worldwide. He is considered by many one of the fathers of social entrepreneurship (I am quite sure many of you know him already).
I found a cool video from him the other day related to an event when he was talking to Google people. This is a one hour video but a very fantastic one where he describes the philosophy behind Ashoka, his company, and types of the projects he is funding. The video also features some of his colleagues who talk about their projects.
